# What is the Elements Manager?

The elements manager is the section of the Inputflow app, where you inititalize your form elements. 

You can think of the Elements Manager like a setup assistant. Its purpose is to prepare all of the elements, so that Inputflow can properly recognize and work with them.

With the Elements Manager you can:

* Connect a form to Inputflow
* Create form steps
* Turn button elements into "Next" and "Back" buttons
* Create error elements
